Hi. I’m Brooke.

Family Constellations have been a profound teacher and life changing modality for me. At the same time I was healing through receiving Constellations, my career as a Professional Certified Coach and corporate facilitator grew. I saw how systems, with their hidden loyalties, broken bonds, order and disorder, are served and strengthened by the witnessing and expressing of truth. This is also true of your own inner system, and the larger ancestral system you are a part of. It’s my honour now to bring the modality of Constellations to new audiences in Vancouver and expand this work to the greatest of my abilities.

FAQs

Oftentimes, people arrive at a Constellation very unsure of what brought them there but determined to make a change in their life.
You may attend a Constellation to seek a specific answer or resolution on an ongoing relationship, health, or financial issue, or to move past an overall sense of ‘stuckness’ or pain in your life.
There is nothing you need to do to prepare for a Constellation. However, you will often be asked about your family history: where your ancestors lived, significant experiences of your ancestors, your birth story and birth order, etc., so collecting information about those details in advance can be supportive.
Hydrate and have time for rest allotted directly after your experience. Rather than trying to ‘figure out’ what happened, allow your body and system to integrate all the new awareness and wisdom. Lastly, it is most beneficial to not discuss your Constellations for at least two weeks afterwards, to let the insights and shifts fully settle within you.
Some people have one Constellation and take months or years to let it continue to support them. Some choose to attend groups monthly. Your body will know what’s best for you. Listen to it above all! Brooke is also happy to provide honest recommendations on a case-by-case basis.
